MAP12: Desiccation is the twelfth map of Ethereal Breakdown. It was designed by Immorpher and uses the music track "".

Secrets[edit]

  1. Go left of the mancubus in the starting area, up the stairs and into a small cave until you come across a bridge. On this bridge, turn left and you will see a barrel in the distance. Shoot it to open up a new passage in the small cave that leads to a berserk pack. (sector 228)
  2. Once you reach the area that has the yellow skull key, if you turn left you will see some barrels on the ledge up above. Destroy them to open up another path in the small cave past the bridge that contains a rocket launcher and a lost soul guarding it. (sector 407)
  3. When you make it to the area with the gravestones and the tower, kill the mancubus at the back and carefully step on the ledges here, and leap to the side to find another cluster of barrels. Destroy them to break open the wall and reveal a cave with light amplification goggles. (sector 394)
  4. In the larger cave that contains the red skull key, you will see a locked door to the south. This can be opened by shooting the barrel next to it through the window. Here, you can find a computer area map, and if you fire a rocket into the bloody wall, another door will open in this room revealing the Artifact of Body. (sector 416)
