MAP12: If You Could... is the twelfth map of Plutonia 3: Going to Surface. It was designed by Sergey Burow (SilverMiner) and uses "Sewer Slide" by Stuart Rynn from Plutonia: Revisited Community Project as its music track. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 2:30.

- After opening the swinging door, lower the brown wall to the east for this secret. (sector 39)
- At the northern end of the circular steps with flashing lights, use an inner wall to the south and ride the lift up to medikits and a megasphere. (sector 133)
