MAP12: Mooned by an Elder God is the twelfth map of MAYhem 2023. It was designed by Fletcher` and uses the music track "Megalodoomia" by Xaser, from 32in24-16: DOOT CTF.

Secrets[edit]
- In the south room, head to the southwest computer and use it. This opens the east wall, which has armor bonuses. (sector 90)
- Between the two walls that make Secret #1, you can get the radiation suit by getting it from the east side. (sector 868)
- At the south end of the water in Secret #1, head to the south wall and find a small switch to the east. Flip it, then go to the northwest end to find a teleporter to a chainsaw and a megasphere. (sector 621)
- In the south room, head north and carefully approach the edge for the cargo bay to rise up. At the east edge, jump north to a crate with a megaarmor. (sector 109)
- Head north from Secret #4 into the water and go behind the wall to get a berserk pack. (sector 850)
- In the northernmost room, go south to the blue walls and use the green walls to find a hidden switch. Flip it, then get on the lift and head down to find armor bonuses and partial invisibility. (sector 858)
- After opening the blue doors, head to the southeast column and open it from the south side (which has a green wall) to find an invulnerability. (sector 849)
