MAP12: Sailing! is the twelfth map of Doomworld Maximum Project 2023. It was designed by Bagellio and uses the MIDI rendition of "Sailing!" by Yukiko Nishimura as its music track.

- On the lowest level of the boat, head to the south end and head back to the first level. Enter the northwest room to find a chaingun, a box of ammo, and a soul sphere. (sector 45)
