MAP12: Stairway to Hell is the twelfth map of Extra Beany Canned Doom. It was designed by Stupid Bunny and uses the music track "Octo" by Kevin Schilder, from Hexen.

Secrets[edit]
- Go past the first two columns, then look back at them and flip the switch on the south column. This reveals an alcove down the steps with a computer area map. (sector 11)
- In the south room with the backpack, go north gently and onto a small ledge. Flip the switch here, go back, then east to the lowering wall which has health bonuses. (sector 479)
- Shoot the east wall in Secret #2 to find a switch that lowers a megaarmor. (sector 482)
- On the L-shaped bridge at the north end, use the blue torch and go north to a new step to get a berserk pack and boxes of rockets. (sector 227)
- A room at the center of the map has ten health bonuses as well as a soul sphere inside a cage. To get the soul sphere, climb the steps, take the lift up, and use the half of the face next to the door. Leave and go west, then drop south into the blood. A new lift is to the east, leading to the soul sphere. (sector 476)
- At the north end with all the crates, go to the north wall east of the crates, then face west, facing behind the crates. Shoot the skull you see, then move west to see a BFG9000 is available. (sector 507)
- Return to Secret #4 after shooting the aforementioned skull to get the invulnerability to the north. (sector 504)
