MAP12: The Hellforge is the twelfth and final map of Demon Eclipse. It was designed by Amuscaria and uses the music track "Great Temple" by Daniel Bernstein, from Blood.

Secrets[edit]
- In the library at the south end of the red key area, lower the middle bookshelf on the south wall to get a Demon Shield and the green key. (sector 609)
- In the yellow key area, open the middle wall between the metal supports east of where the yellow key will be to get a soul sphere. You cannot actually trigger the secret sector even if you grab the soul sphere. (sector 668)
- Open the south wall in Secret #1 and open the green door in front of you to find a room with skulls, a gigasphere, and two switches you can shoot. (sector 916)
