MAP132: Facility Breach is the one hundred thirty-second map of Rabbit's All-comers Mapping Project 2023. It was designed by Ithronyar and uses the music track "The Dave D. Taylor Blues" by Robert Prince.

Secrets[edit]
- Head around the large building at the start on the west side and open the door to a small room. Here, press the tiny switch on the northwest wall to open a small closet with a stimpack, a green armor, a box of shotgun shells, and a box of rockets. (sector 262)
- In the large warehouse, go to the east side and climb the crates. Maneuver across several sets of crates until you get to the top of the shelf which has a green armor, a medikit, and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 160)
- In the white halls, go all the way to the southeast and open the door there. Open the vent inside to find a medikit (not on Ultra-Violence or higher) and health bonuses. (sector 271)
- Enter the white halls and go to a fork. Look north and take the door on the right. Go to the southeast corner of the room and use the switch to the north, then head north and open the door. Enter the alcove to the north which has a super shotgun, ammo clips, shotgun shells, a green armor, and a stimpack. (sector 358)
