MAP13: Temple of Leviathan is the thirteenth map of Unholy Realms. It was designed by Brian Knox (Snakes) and uses the music track "Congo," composed by John Weekley (PRIMEVAL).

- At the northern part of the map, you can jump off the grassy walkway to the northwest, where the energy cell is to reach the water below, which has a megaarmor and some ammo. (sector 178)
- Go through the vines behind the starting point for a berserk pack. (sector 308)
