MAP13: The Soul Siphon is the thirteenth map of MAYhem 2025: The Tomb of Dotriacontagon. It was designed by IssuetheQuietus and uses the music track "Hatshepsut" by James Paddock (Jimmy).

Secrets[edit]
- In the large room north of the start, take the lift up and go to the southeast corner. Open the south wall for health and armor bonuses. (sector 127)
- Press the switch inside Secret #1, then head south from the large room and then east, following armor bonuses to a soul sphere. The switch nearby unlocks one of the switches needed for the secret exit. (sector 49)
- Unlock the passage west of the large room and go through, where a compartment in front of you opens. Enter it and open the back wall to get health bonuses, armor bonuses, and a box of rockets. (sector 179)
- A little north from Secret #3 (on the second step), lower the right wall to get more health bonuses, armor bonuses, and boxes of rockets. (sector 238)
- Grab the super shotgun at the south end to open the west switch. Go towards it and lower the south wall to find a computer area map and another switch. This switch opens one of the switches needed to access the secret exit. (sector 541)
- In the yellow key room, use the south wall with bloody hands to find an invulnerability and another switch that will open one of the switches needed for the secret exit. (sector 544)
- When you unlock the northernmost end of the map and enter that area, a switch appears on the east side. Pressing it reveals a switch on the west wall which lowers a barrier to the east. You need to find three other switches in Secrets #2, #5, and #6 to find three more switches for the west wall. Once you do, press them all and head east, which will reveal the secret exit.
