MAP13: Zero Degrees is the thirteenth map of 1000 Lines 2 - Community Project. It was designed by Lord Z and uses the music track "Out of the Depths" by Robert Prince.

Walkthrough[edit]

Essentials[edit]

Walk forward to collect a shotgun then go through the door next to it to reach the central hub, where a super shotgun is protected by two mancubi as well as some zombiemen and/or shotgun guys around the walls. Open the south door and kill any zombies waiting behind it, take the nearby chaingun then go through and step on the lift on the west side to go down to the floor below. Kill any waiting zombies then blow up the barrels in the north-west corner and pull the lever here to open the neighboring door, revealing an ice cave with imps and two Hell knights guarding a rocket launcher. Head west to a water pool and kill the imps standing on the platforms, then run up them until you reach the yellow keycard - taking it will open three closets containing arachnotrons, revenants and a pain elemental.

Go back to the lift and ride it up then open the east door to find a corridor containing imps and cacodemons. Pull the lever next to the north door to open it and reveal a couple of arachnotrons, then go through the north or east doorways and head down the steps to some spectres who are guarding a collection of blocks that you can climb to reach the red keycard. With the red key, kill the two revenants that are released behind you (or arch-vile on Hurt Me Plenty skill level or higher) along with some zombies that teleport in, then go back up the steps and press the yellow skull button on the west wall to open a door leading back to the hub.

Kill an arch-vile that appears from behind the north wall along with some more zombies that teleport in, then press the red skull button on the west wall to open the doors next to it and reveal some revenants. Go through the doors then head west into a tunnel, which you should follow until you reach a cavern with knights and a baron of Hell guarding another door. Open this door and walk through it to finish the level.

Secrets[edit]

  1. Use the yellow switch to return to the hub, then enter the north-east section that an arch-vile appears from. Follow the trail of blood and open the wall in the north-east corner to get energy cells and a plasma gun. (sector 169)

  • After pressing the red skull button, go through the walls that open next to it and head north-west to an impassable ledge. Ahead of you is a window, through which you can see a room from the previous level.
