MAP14: Doomed District is the fourteenth and final map in the DMP2018cl9 mapset of Doomworld Mega Project 2018. It was designed by Jjp and uses the music track "Caught in the Shadows" by James Paddock (Jimmy). The author's demo on skill 4 runs for 213:39.34 (448677 tics).

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the first building, get the supplies in the middle, then quickly return to the starting point to get an energy cell pack. (sector 23)
  2. In the yellow keycard building, enter the northwest corner to lower the west wall with health bonuses. (sector 122)
  3. Head to the water in the middle, then head to the right pool and enter it. Go to the blood to teleport to a soul sphere, energy cells, and rockets. (sector 702)
  4. In the southwest building, head up the steps on the west side until you can see a red square to the south. Step on it to teleport to rockets. (sector 1310)
  5. Head to the southeast section of the southwest building. Straferun west and onto a crate with a former human, then go north to an invulnerability. (sector 1327)
  6. After you get the blue skull key, enter the building southeast of where it was and open the blue door. Press the switch and enter the alcove to the north. Wait thirty seconds while in it and another switch appears. Press it to get on a large platform outside with armor bonuses, shotgun shells, a berserk pack, energy cell packs, and a super shotgun. (sector 472)
  7. In the building east of Secret #3, head between the computers and use the north wall to find a hidden switch, which reveals a hall to the south. In that hall, use the southwest wall, and when the floor falls, the alcove to the south has a hidden door and switch to the west. Flip it and continue up to get to the top of the terminals. Step on the blue button on the north terminal, then head west and use the switch. Back on the terminals, jump to the southeast corner and follow the health bonuses. When the floor falls, stay on and head south, where something will open. Return to where the corridor dropped, head down, then quickly shoot the switch tucked in the north wall before it rises. Back in the corridor, head west, and you can head south to the room with key doors or unlock the door. (sector 649)
  8. In the room at the south of Secret #7, use the east column from the east side to find a teleporter to an energy cell pack. (sector 304)
  9. Take the lifts to the first building at the east side across the bridges. Head to the southeast switch and use the backside of it to get boxes of rockets, an energy cell pack, and a light amplification visor. (sector 1517)
  10. In the building north of the previous one, enter the southwest cage and use the green wall at the east side. Go to the other cage to get boxes of shotgun shells, boxes of ammo, and armor bonuses. (sector 1928)
  11. Past the bridges, enter the west building and head up to the soul sphere. Head south to two windows and enter the east one, which has a rugged floor. Quickly run east, open the blue skull door, and use the skull switch here. Go back into the room and quickly run east to a teleporter to teleport to energy cells. You can also get this secret by re-entering the teleporter at Secrets #12 and #13. (sector 1062)
  12. The teleporter mentioned in the previous secret will lead you to a different area if you enter it from the east, which has more energy cells. (sector 1118)
  13. At Secret #12, on the teleporter itself, open the east wall and follow the armor bonuses to the southeast side of the map. (sector 1122)
  14. Follow the armor bonuses in Secret #13. In the room that follows, use the terminal to the north, then return to the starting building to get the megaarmor at the east end. (sector 5)
  15. Enter the south building from the red keycard door and use the panel on the west wall to lower part of the fence at the northeast. Drop off to get health bonuses and a green armor. (sector 960)
  16. In the same building, at the crushers, open the west wall at the inner bend to find rockets and a switch. (sector 986)
  17. Use the switch at the end of the crushers, as well as the one at the end of the southwest room of the building, which was the nukage trap. These switches open the south teleporter. Take it, then immediately lower the wall to the left to find energy cell packs and a switch. (sector 838)
  18. Flip the switch in Secret #17, then quickly drop off south, go west, and north to the bridge, falling into the lava at the right side and entering the corridor before it closes to get a megasphere. (sector 840)
  19. Use the switch at the end of the crushers, as well as the one at the end of the southwest room of the building, which was the nukage trap. These switches open the south teleporter. Take it, then re-enter the teleporter. Open the southwest wall to find an energy cell pack. (sector 1031)
  20. There is a button at the east side of Secret #19. Use it, as well as the switch in Secret #16, then use the lift north of the teleporter. Jump southeast to the crate and the opening to get a backpack (this is what counts as the secret). (sector 1028)
  21. In the yellow skull key building, when you teleport to the area with the crusher control, go to the southwest corner and get health bonuses and a switch. (sector 1750)
  22. After you get the yellow skull key, head out and enter the southeast compartment. Use the northeast wall to find energy cells. (sector 1797)
  23. If you used the switch in Secret #21, you can get the invulnerability in Secret #22. (sector 1798)
  24. In the northeast hellgrowth area, after raising the platforms, go to the portal, but enter it from the backside. Use the north wall to find rockets and a switch. (sector 1851)
  25. At the red skull key block, ride it up, head northeast, and head to the south side of the portico to find a switch. Use it and head to the hellgrowth area east of it, using the eye switch on the west side. Ride the lift up and, assuming you pressed the switch on the portico as well as the one in Secret #24, you can head south to get a backpack, an energy cell pack, and a plasma gun. (sector 1871)
  26. In the northeast part of the hellgrowth area head to the northernmost rising and lowering platform. Use the southwest side to lower a wall to the west with armor bonuses and an invulnerability. (sector 1866)
  27. In the southwest building, use the red skull switch at the northwest end, then head south, but face the stack of crates as you do, looking for a switch. Find and shoot it, then head back north, and on the lift. Jump north to get a berserk pack. (sector 1246)
  28. In the building north of the starting building, open the yellow skull door and use the switch, then leave and get on the lift to the east. Quickly run back into the room past the yellow skull door and enter the teleporter to get armor bonuses and an energy cell pack. (sector 99)
  29. In Secret #2, there is a small button you can get before the ledge rises. It will open a hidden door for only thirty seconds. To get to it, you need to enter the building south of it, through the yellow skull door, use the switch, take the lift outside the room, head north to a switch to lower the lift back in the yellow keycard building, take it up, then use the lift to the right to find it behind armor bonuses. Use the switch there, which will lower the northwest column in the room with energy cells and a backpack. (sector 131)
  30. At the east side of the yellow keycard building, head across the thin bridge under the light, then quickly run back north past the thin bridge, under the crusher, and into a teleporter south of it to get a berserk pack, boxes of rockets, and an energy cell pack. (sector 153)
  31. At the terrace south of the previous secret, enter the first room to the east, enter the northwest corner, leave, enter the second room, press the switch at the north end, leave, then face west and shoot the red light to get the invulnerability. (sector 182)
  32. You need both the blue and yellow keycards. Head to the yellow door west of the starting building and enter. At the north end, look for blue lights and use the wall to find a switch. Head to the building north of there, then look back at the switch you revealed and shoot it, then quickly run north to the open room before it closes to get a berserk pack. (sector 61)
  33. In the building with the center elevator, enter the room behind the blue keycard door, then use the switch on the left column to lower both of them. Step on the right column, face north, and shoot the switch to lower the north window. Go past it, then southeast to the alcove with an energy cell pack. (sector 480)
  34. In the same building, head to the bottom floor with the red skull door and go to the dead end. Afterwards, enter the bright closet and look for a switch at the southwest part, on the upper wall. Use it, then return to the dead end and push the button at the north base before it closes to teleport to a megasphere. (sector 244)
  35. In the elevator building, head up one floor, then enter the west room (yellow keycard required). Open the northeast wall and flip the switch, then head back to the elevator and take the northeast door. Open the yellow skull bar, then the left wall near the switch to find another one to flip. Head back to the elevator, go up a floor, then enter the southwest room, open the northwest wall, and flip the switch. Return to the elevator, go down twice, enter the northwest room (blue keycard needed), then open the east wall near the door and head through the teleporter (each of the hidden switches will open one of three bars for thirty seconds, so you must be quick). The teleporter takes you to the building with conveyors at the east side, in a secret room with a plasma gun, energy cell packs, a rocket, a backpack, a megaarmor, and medikits. (sector 521)
  36. In the building with conveyors, enter the room with the fast conveyor from the north to lower the bars. Go to the nearest set and open the north wall to find a box of shotgun shells, a box of rockets, and energy cells. (sector 596)
  37. In the building with conveyors, at the side conveyors on the east side, use the lamp in the northwest alcove, then head south and through the blue keycard door to a teleporter. Take it to get to a wall with lots of ammo. (sector 728)
  38. In the elevator building, head up one floor and take the northeast door. Open the yellow skull bar, flip the switch, then head north and in the wall that opens, use the green wall to find health and armor bonuses as well as boxes of rockets and an energy cell pack. (sector 453)
  39. At the southwest building, head to the room behind the yellow keycard door and use the lamp in the southeast corner to open the north wall. Quickly head there to get a megaarmor. (sector 1236)
  40. In the central building with the puzzles, in the southwest hall, find a switch behind the northeast lamp and use it, which opens the nearby room with the moving wall, containing energy cells, a medikit, and a green armor. (sector 456)
  41. In the building south of the northwest building, go through the southeast bloodfall to get energy cells. (sector 1602)
  42. Use the lift that got you into the same building to jump south. Use the switch and enter Secret #42 to find a new room to the east with health bonuses, armor bonuses, shotgun shells, and rockets. (sector 1650)
  43. In the same building, head to the northwest bloodfall and swim down and to the right to get health bonuses, armor bonuses, an energy cell pack, and a box of rockets. (sector 1661)
  44. In Secret #42, use the lion face to teleport to a soul sphere, ammo, and a super shotgun. (sector 1689)
  45. In the northwest room of the northwest building, use the upper right pillar to teleport to a megasphere. (sector 1681)
  46. In the southwest room of the northwest building, use the gargoyle switch to the southeast, then return to the main room and take either lift at the right side for armor bonuses and medikits. (sector 2074)
  47. In Secret #46, you can open a wall to the east to find a switch. Before pressing it, head to the east side of the northeast building, open the red keycard door, and press the switch there. Follow the path and press the switch here twice. Go back to Secret #46 and press the switch, then quickly run back to the steps, which should be down, then enter the opening (you have approximately nine seconds) to find a room with ammo, a soul sphere, a megaarmor, and a backpack.   48. Head back to Secret #32 and use the torch to teleport to a plasma gun, energy cell packs, and a megasphere. (sector 954)
