MAP15: Altar of Pain is the fifteenth map of Doom 64 TC. It was designed by Tim Heydelaar with updates by Samuel Villarreal (Kaiser), and uses the music track "Lamentation of the Forgotten" by Aubrey Hodges, from Doom 64.
