MAP15: Fortress of Hate is the fifteenth map of Community Chest 64. It was designed by DMPhobos. This level takes place in a large, open fortress with many courtyards.

Walkthrough[edit]
Essentials[edit]
You start in a small tower. Pick up the super shotgun, as well as the box of shotgun shells, and then press the switch: a group of cacodemons and imps will spawn around the tower. Kill them to access the stairway leading out, then go downstairs and head through the door. Kill the monsters here and pick up the chaingun. You will now find yourself presented with three directions to go in.
First, head left. Kill the monsters and follow the path into a narrow cavern. Leave the cavern, kill the cacodemon outside, then continue forward and enter the large courtyard. Press the switch in front of the structure to lower a set of lifts, then ride them up. Grab the rocket launcher and the two boxes of rockets near the yellow skull key. The key will disappear, and the whole structure will lower to the ground. Once it has finished doing so, a large group of monsters will spawn throughout the courtyard, including mancubi and arachnotrons. Pick up the armor on the pedestal first, then clear out the monsters. Once all monsters have been killed, look for the pillar that now holds the yellow skull key. Press it, which will lower the key, and pick it up.
Return to the hallway you came through to enter this area, and continue following it up a set of stairs. Go past the red door and turn left to head outside. Follow the walkway into a circular room filled with zombiemen and imps. Head down the stairs and enter the teleporter, which will warp you onto the pillar holding the red skull key. Pick it up, and you will be trapped in this area. Two alcoves will open, one containing a pain elemental, and several other monsters will spawn as well. Kill them all, then head up the stairs and go through the red door. Press the switch to open the exits out of this area.
Go back down toward the pillar that held the red skull key, and from there go in between the sets of pillars, and then turn left to enter a courtyard. Kill the four shotgunners in the cages and then press the red and yellow switch in the alcove in the back. More monsters will spawn in the courtyard, including cacodemons and Hell knights. Kill them, then go up the staircase that is revealed near the entrance of this area. Kill the imps and the mancubus, then go through the door at the end of the hallway.
You will find yourself in an outside area. First turn right and press the switch, which will raise and enable a lift, as well as spawn a Hell knight and a mancubus on the ledge up ahead. Kill them both and then jump down. Press the lift to lower it, ride it up, and then jump toward the ledge that held the monsters. Press either switch on the wall to exit the level.

Secrets[edit]
- After leaving the starting temple, go to the back of it to find a switch. Press it to spawn eight health bonuses and a backpack in front of the temple. (thing 300)
- Make your way to the building in the northeast, and at the back, just behind the teleporter, press the demonic face to reveal a supercharge. (sector 474)
