MAP15: Resorting to Plan B is the fifteenth map of MAYhem 2022. It was designed by Hitboi and uses the music track "Your Last Resort" from TNT: Revilution, composed by Varis Alpha.

Secrets[edit]
- Go through the first hall until you open the alcoves. Return to the wooden desk and shoot a button to the northwest. Head into the west compartment and get the chaingun. (sector 28)
- In the blue key hall, once you open the north wall, you will see a gargoyle switch to the east. You can use the switch by pressing underneath it. Leave and return to the water, going towards the southwest where you can get an armor bonus, a chaingun, and an ammo clip. Both of the compartments here count as the same secret. (sector 143)
- At the armor bonus where Secret #2 is, look east and shoot the button. Head northeast to get an invulnerability. (sector 109)
- In the exit hall, open the east wall to get a red key and a teleporter. (sector 157)
- Take the teleporter in Secret #4 and open the red door to find ammo clips. (sector 176)
- When you get Secret #3, head to the exit hall and take the west teleporter. This leads to an invulnerability, and you need to use an arch-vile jump to get a rocket launcher, rockets, and the secret exit. (sector 182)
