MAP16: Epilogue is the sixteenth and final map of MAYhem 2023. It was designed by James Caldwell (Obsidian) and uses the music track "Waiting" by Sarah Mancuso (esselfortium), from Back to Saturn X.

Secrets[edit]
- Shoot the monitors that have static on them, and after doing so, find a passage at the north end. Take it to a switch. This cuts the power to the level. Follow the arrows and you will find the secret exit. (sector 919)
