MAP16: The Heart Beneath Your World is the sixteenth map of 1x1. It was designed by knifeworld and uses the music track "Lair of Shial" by Daniel Bernstein from Blood.

- In the main arena, head to the heart-shaped area in the middle and find the green pillar without a heart. Use it, then head south to the large platform, going up the steps to get a health bonus. (sector 1130)
