MAP16: Thirty Seconds to Earth is the sixteenth map of Blitz: Race Against Time. It was designed by Andrey Ivashentsev (Doom Wads) and uses the music track "Ripsnort" by Jeremy Doyle, from Icarus: Alien Vanguard. The par time defined in ZMAPINFO is 30 seconds.

The player starts inside a spaceship and has 30 seconds to set its course toward Earth.

Walkthrough[edit]

Essentials[edit]

You begin in a circular arena where enemies are already attacking. Head to the southwestern part of the room and press a switch to open a door leading to a corridor in the northwestern section of the level. The corridor is long and contains three mech spectres, two double chaingunners, two dark imps, and one plasma zombie. At the end of the corridor, you will encounter four kamikaze enemies and another mech spectre, as well as a 30-second door.

Near the exit, a plasma rifle and energy cell packs are provided, allowing the player to eliminate any remaining enemies after the 30-second timer expires.
