MAP18: Biodisaster is the eighteenth map of Uprising. It was designed by Cheesewheel and uses the music track "Prowler," originally composed by James Paddock (Jimmy) for the Rebirth MIDI Pack.

Secrets[edit]
- At the east side where the chaingun is, open the gray wall to the north and head north to get a soul sphere. (sector 71)
- In the red key area, head to the southwest wall and open it. Follow the armor bonuses to a room with more armor bonuses, energy cells, and medikits. Flip the switch in the lava to get a BFG9000, and flip the switch there to leave. (sector 167)
- Head southwest from the red key area, then west, into the lava. Go through the lavafall to get a soul sphere. (sector 669)
