MAP18: Laboratory is the eighteenth map of Lost Civilization. It was designed by Jaakko Impola (Jaska) and uses the music track "Something In The Cave?" by Bjørn Lynne.

Secrets[edit]
- In the hall of the laboratory just before the conveyors and exit door, shoot the barrels at the north wall and enter the vent there. Climb the ladder, head south, and drop down, then head west to get a stimpack, a chainsaw, and a medikit (soul sphere on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower). (sector 1704)
- In the hall of the laboratory just before the conveyors and exit door, take the path to the south and enter the vent on the west side to find shotgun shells and a medikit. (sector 1764)
- In the hall of the laboratory just before the conveyors and exit door, take the path to the south and into the next room. Enter another vent at the east side to find a medikit and rockets. (sector 1796)
- In Secret #3, drop into the hole and head east, then get the plasma gun, megaarmor, and energy cell. (sector 223)
- When you lower the bars leading to the eastern part of the laboratory, go there and enter the connecting hall. Go under the arches at the west wall and into a vent to find a computer area map, medikits, a backpack, and a plasma gun. (sector 99)
