MAP18: Meat Grinder is the eighteenth map of Doom II: 25 Years on Earth. It was designed by James Cresswell (Phobus) and uses the MIDI rendition of "Demanufacture" by Fear Factory as its music track.

Secrets[edit]
- At the start, go across the lava all the way to the right to get a megasphere. (sector 793)
- In the area with the nukage pool at the northwest end, attempt to go to the crushers, then head down the steps all the way and into a room at the south end to get a radiation suit and an energy cell pack. (sector 926)
- In the southernmost hall with the columns, there are two eye switches in the middle. Shoot the right one, then head east from there and up the steps to get a radiation suit. (sector 690)
- After you get the yellow key, return to the southwest area and open the door. Flip the switch here, leave the room, then jump northeast to the main area to get the plasma gun from the pillar. (sector 231)
- Entering the room to the left of the large open area will have the lift on the left side move up and down, which happens if you approach from the south or east. Approaching the moving lift from the east stops its movement. In order to get this secret, approach the room from the south, then ride the lift up. Go to the bars at the south, then look east and northeast. Shoot the eye switch, then drop down and head east into a room with two energy cell packs. (sector 573)
