MAP18: Neurosphere is the eighteenth map of Doom II X-Treme. It was designed by [[ ]] and uses the music track "Gotham" by Lee Jackson, from Duke Nukem 3D.

Walkthrough[edit]

Secrets[edit]
- Before flipping the switch at the start, shoot the wall behind you to get a highspeed chaingun. (sector 20)
- At the south end of the maze, where a teleporter is, head east and then north and to a dead end. Open the wall to get this secret. (sector 82)
- At the northernmost part of the maze, open a wall in the middle to find medikits. (sector 57)
- From Secret #3, head down all the way, then west, then north. Press on the west wall to get more medikits. (sector 34)
- After raising the high walkway in the maze, follow it all the way to the west side. Over there, fall to the right and open the northeast wall to find a switch, a Deathclaw, a backpack, and a teleporter that leads to energy cells, EM-Railgun ammo, an armor 200% upgrade, and a soul sphere. (sector 87)
- Flip the switch mentioned in Secret #5, then return all the way to the starting point and enter the room to the north to get a yellow key, an energy cell pack, and a flame thrower. (sector 16)

- With the yellow key, go to the southwesternmost part of the maze and open a wall to the west to find a teleporter leading closer to the exit. (sector 22)
