MAP18: Save Your Life is the eighteenth map of A.L.T.. It was designed by ChaingunnerX and uses the music track "Metropolis—Part I: "The Miracle and the Sleeper"" by Dream Theater, sequenced to MIDI by MinSoo Cheon.

Secrets[edit]
- In Secret #3, a wall to the west will open revealing a chaingunner and a radiation suit, and you can open the east door to reach the window of imps. Open the wall with blue triangles on it at the northwest corner to teleport to the other window of imps, then open the door to reach the outside area with the megaarmor. (sector 41)
- When you get on the lift with the soul sphere at the northeast part of the map, use the switch here to go down. Go through the nukage as you go west, then use the lift and head across, opening the recessed wall on the west wall. Go around to the west side of this area and press on the wall that has less slime on it. Enter the corridor, use the lift, then open the wall to find a megasphere and a radiation suit. (sector 250)
- At the start, use the big lift to the north and go across. Head all the way west and open the door, then use the wall ahead for the secret. (sector 329)
