MAP18: Tunnels of Apophis is the eighteenth map of MAYhem 2025: The Tomb of Dotriacontagon. It was designed by VanaheimRanger and uses the music track "The Collector" by James Paddock (Jimmy).

- After the first hall, head up the steps to the left and use the wall with the large snake to get a backpack. (sector 90)
- After the first hall, head up the steps to the right and go through the zigzag path until you find a wall with a large snake. Open it to get rockets and a rocket launcher. (sector 93)
