Other points of interest[edit]

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the first open field, head all the way to the east side and into a small cave at the southeast end to pick up a berserk pack and a green armor. (sector 4920)
  2. Use the blue door in the pyramids area and climb the steps. When you get to the pyramid with orange walls, head southwest, next to another pyramid, then go south and southeast all the way. The path will lead to a dead end, but you will find a green armor, a medikit, and a box of rockets near one of the small walls. (sector 2526)
  3. When you cross the red platforms in the pyramid area, go towards the super shotgun, then jump down to the west to get a plasma gun. (sector 5257)
  4. In the final area of the map, get to the marble temple and go east, then south. At the southernmost end, head east to a secret part of the marble temple with a megaarmor, a medikit, and two energy cell packs inside, along with a chaingun and a box of ammo to the east. (sector 3932)

Technical information[edit]

Inspiration and development[edit]

This was originally MAP11, making up a two-part dream sequence with MAP10: Nightmare. It was moved to MAP19 in later versions due to its noticeably higher difficulty than the surrounding maps in its original position.[1]
