MAP19: Gore Systerna is the nineteenth map of MAYhem 2022. It was designed by Galileo31dos01 and uses the music track "Ink" by Brayden Hart (AD_79).

Secrets[edit]
- In the outside area at the south end, head to the east side of the water and follow the rocks north back inside. Head through all the way to get shotgun shells and a soul sphere. (sector 3)
- In the first blood tunnel, head to the south side and use the brown brick there. Head east to the next platform and head east through the new path, taking the lift up. You can find a box of shotgun shells as well as an invulnerability, soul sphere, or super shotgun depending on your skill level. (sector 861)
- Press the arrow switch on the north side of the red key block, then run southeast to the lift and drop down. You will find a computer area map. (sector 1111)
- At the right side, inside the building, head to the central column to the north and use the northwest side of it which has an emblem. Head southwest and look northwest, shooting a switch, which opens an area to the north with a BFG9000. (sector 1634)
- After you get the red key, head to the area with diamond tiles and head to the south side. Head east to the red marker and you can get a megasphere. (sector 1898)
- In the blood section in the middle where you have to cross platforms, at the west side, go to the pillar with a beating heart. Use the west wall to open it and go through to teleport to a megaarmor. (sector 2068)
- After you get the red key, head to the area with diamond tiles and head to the northwest, using the arrow switch to lower the red bars. Follow the path and you will enter a secret blue arena. (sector 2541)
Bugs[edit]
A super shotgun (Thing 1882) has no flags set for any of the three difficulty classes, so it does not actually appear in the level.
