MAP20: Ending is the twentieth map of Lost Civilization. It was designed by Jaakko Impola (Jaska) and uses the music track "Guardhouse" by James Paddock (Jimmy).

Secrets[edit]

  1. Enter the building south of the start. In the central hall, take the lift to the east and as it rises, go through the vent in the southeast corner to enter a room with partial invisibility, a stimpack, rockets, a box of ammo, and a chaingun. The other room here has a medikit and rockets. (sector 12111)
  2. In the underground portion, go to the southeast part of the area with the chemicals, then find the switch at the southeast corner. Use it, then quickly run west into the hall and south to get a megaarmor. (sector 6417)
  3. At the northern end of the map with the circular stairs, take them all the way to the top and go to the desk with the rocket launcher and berserk pack. The right side of this desk has a switch. Press it and quickly run south to two lifts that have lowered. Take the west one up, then head north and northwest to rooms with armor bonuses, medikits, a soul sphere, a chaingun, a box of ammo, an energy cell, and health bonuses. (sector 10218)
  4. Head south from there to a courtyard, then towards the gate with the red switch. From there, head east, down some steps when you get there, then up some steps. Head up some more steps when you get to them, then continue south until you see a tree. Drop to where it is, then turn to the northeast and drop down there. You will find a plasma gun, an energy cell, and a berserk pack. (sector 7744)
  5. Return to the hall just east of the gate and press the switch there to raise three platforms going north. Take them to a room with supplies and steps leading back to the underground. Before taking those steps, enter the vent in the northwest corner and take the lift up to get a rocket launcher, a rocket, an energy cell, a green armor, stimpacks, and a medikit. (sector 10109)
  6. Drop down the empty vat where the yellow key is, then head out and west, down the steps. Head south, looking out for a dark alley going west. When you find it, enter it and you will find a secret area with a chainsaw, a medikit, an energy cell, a plasma gun, a megaarmor, and two more medikits. (sector 1905)
  7. Go back to the vats and find the passage going southeast. Take it to the large area that you went to before. On this northwest ledge of the area, jump northeast through the window for the secret. Another dropoff point in this hall will lead to a chaingun, a box of ammo, and the back halls to the east.   8. Use the switch that lowers the lift to the red key area, then run to it and take it up. At the top, the southwest switch lowers the lift again, but also reveals a closet to the east with mancubi, a box of rockets, shotgun shells, and medikits inside. (sector 11681)
  9. In the large lava crater north of the starting point, get to the southeast side with the switch that raises the lifts to the north. The terminal to the south conceals a cave entrance. Head behind the terminal and enter this cave, returning to the underground so you can get the BFG9000. (sector 7316)
  10. Take the bridge north of the lava crater and towards the gate. At the intersection, turn left and go past the damaging steam. A break in the fence is just to the south. Drop down, then go on the walkway towards the large platform to lower the lift. Ride it up, then take the next lift up to the platform to get energy cell packs, a green armor, a plasma gun, and a soul sphere. (sector 6051)
  11. Take the steps to the south side of the building east of the lava crater. Take the stairs going up, then go to the desk with a lamp. Use the drawer where the lamp is to lower the bookshelf behind you. Enter the vent and you can head all the way to the south to get partial invisibility, a medikit, an ammo clip, shotgun shells, and rockets. You can also sneak into the red keycard room and avoid the arch-viles inside. (sector 9292)
  12. Take the steps to the north side of the building east of the lava crater. At the top, inch along the outer wall towards the east side, then go north to a platform with a medikit, a megaarmor, and rockets. (sector 11143)
  13. Go towards the gate west of where the yellow skull key is, then head north onto the field, staying close to the left wall while doing so. As you go along the wall there will be a lift leading to the top of that wall. You can get armor bonuses, a soul sphere to the northwest, and if you head back inside, you can also get a plasma gun and an energy cell in a room at the top of the northwest lift. (sector 7158)
  14. Use the six keys to reach the southwest side of the main area, then enter the field to the east to find a plasma gun, energy cell pack, and medikit. Go towards the tree at the northeast end, then fall to the east. Head south to find a soul sphere. (sector 9856)
  15. In the final arena, use the switch at the north end to access the outer areas, then go to the one at the southwest end. Head north to the switch, then head behind it and west to get a megasphere. (sector 10364)
