MAP20: Follow the Trail is the twentieth map of Bloodspeed. It was designed by Aleksandr M. (Dragon Hunter) and uses a MIDI rendition of "Journal" from Flashback (sequenced by Steven Blom) as its music track.

Secrets[edit]
- In the damaging blood at the north end, head west through the bloodfall to get a radiation suit and a soul sphere. (sector 204)
- Head north from the starting room, then onto the left lift. Head south and at the blood, lower the east wall. Head up the steps to get a megaarmor that lowers. (sector 235)
