MAP20: Silent Legions is the twentieth map of Venturous. It was designed by PixelFox and uses the music track "The Stone Warriors" by OB-LIX.

Walkthrough

Map of Silent Legions

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

1. In the south east corner of the map, there is a cave that you can crouch walk into to find a box of shells and an enchanted jacket. (sector 592)
2. In the south west corner of the map is a switch that lowers two walls and a platform. Jump into the southern most opening to find a puzzle with four switches facing a rasing and lowering set of platforms. The sequence from left to right is switch 2, 4, 3, 1. The fifth switch will reset the puzzle. Return to the previous room and machete jump into the opening slightly north. Climb the stairs and walk across the platform to find a soul idol and journal map (that hints at Secret #4). (sector 350)
3. After passing through the blue door, enter the cave just north to find a yeti hand. (sector 729)
4. In the area passed the blue door, machete jump from the southern upper area to a ledge to the west above the passage way to the central room to find a permanent healing sprite. (sector 760)
5. Right next to the red skull key, do a machete jump to the wooden ledge to the south. Climb on the rocks to the east to find a faster fire rate powerup. (sector 274)
