- At the start, a wall right next to the third corridor can be opened, and holds a BFG9000, a megasphere, a megaarmor, a berserk pack, two medikits, four backpacks, one box of shotgun shells, one box of bullets, one box of rockets and an energy cell pack. (sector 342)
Two gib blood pools (Things 175 and 176) have no flags set for any of the three difficulty classes, so they do not actually appear in the level.
