MAP21: Blood Temple is the twenty-first map of Ethereal Breakdown. It was designed by the_kovic and uses the music track "Blood Massacre" by Aubrey Hodges, Chris Harriman (Impboy) and Immorpher.

Secrets[edit]
- # Once you make it to the higher ledge where the central door is located, you can spot a switch to the west, right next to the stairs used to get up in this area. Press it to unlock a passage leading to a security armor in the north. (sector 128)
- As you ascend the stairs that lead to the blood-flooded area, press the wall that looks slightly different to your right to reveal a passage leading to a teleporter, which will take you to the opposite side of the area where you can pick up a chaingun. (sector 238)
