MAP21: Crypt of the Ancients is the twenty-first map of Thirty Years with Doom. It was designed by Shadowman and uses the music track "Spook" by Robert Prince from Duke Nukem 3D.

Walkthrough[edit]
Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets[edit]
- In the west halls, go to the southwest corner and enter the room there. Use the northeast crypt to find health bonuses and a medikit. (sector 422)
- After opening Secret #1, leave and head east, then north and into the east room. Head north to get a box of rockets and a rocket launcher. (sector 1173)
- In the southeast room, press three switches to open three doors to the west and shoot the switch past those doors to open the bars. Once you do this, head back through the east door, then the next door, then head east to find an energy cell. Another energy cell is to the north. (sector 1553)
- Shooting the switch mentioned above also opens another set of bars. From Secret #3, head to the middle room, take the northwest door, then the west passage. Head all the way down to pick up health bonuses and a blue skull key. (sector 1810)
- In the hall southeast of the northeast room, lower the crypt with shotgun shells to find energy cells and a medikit. (sector 2466)
