MAP21: Heck Revealed is the twenty-first map of Slaughterfest 3. It was designed by Grain of Salt, Vladimir Bespalov (Demonologist), Zachary Stephens (Ribbiks) and Arthur O. (Archi) and uses a MIDI rendition of the music track "One for the Vine" by Genesis.

  1. Go near the moat in the main area and get the arch-vile to blast you over the wall at the southeast end. Head down the steps and pick up the plasma gun, energy cell pack, soul sphere, and blue key. This area counts as five secrets. (sector 13)
