MAP21: Yet Another Day in Hell is the twenty-first map of MAYhem 2022. It was designed by NoReason and uses the music track "Eerie" from Fire Fight, composed by Janusz Pelc and Michał Doniec.

Secrets[edit]
- In the area west of the central field, once the outer walls open, head north and lower the pentagram to find energy cell packs and a cyberdemon (replaced by a megasphere on Hey, Not Too Rough or lower). (sector 153)
- At the start, open the compartments to the north by heading south. Enter the northwest compartment and shoot at the candle with the gray wall behind it. Afterwards, head to the northeast compartment and follow the path to a dark maze. Navigate through it (start by heading east) and you will find a BFG9000 and a megasphere. (sector 304)
