Other points of interest[edit]
Secrets[edit]
- Go up the stairs at the southern part of the map near the beginning. If you look at the first window to your left when you go down the next hall, there is an opening. When you round the bend and enter the next room, you might hear a lift behind you, which lowers the window to that opening for one second. Quickly enter this opening and head across the purple landscape for a soul sphere. (sector 1011)
- On the dark blue-colored ledge near the eastern part of the map, if you look southeast, you should find a cave entrance. Jump to this entrance and enter to a watery area, where you can collect a megaarmor, energy cell packs, and health bonuses. (sector 1463)
- At the northeast corner of the map, go straight south until you reach a small blue-floored room. Look to the northeast corner of this room for a switch. Hit it and backtrack; you should see a lift coming up. Use this lift up and enter the opening, heading around to find some boxes of rockets, medikits, and armor bonuses. (sector 1743)
Bugs[edit]
An imp (Thing 520) in the northern purple area has no flags set for any of the three difficulty classes, so it does not actually appear in the level.

Inspiration and development[edit]
Trivia[edit]
- The map's name is likely derived from a character from the light novel Bakemonogatari, Shinobu Oshino a.k.a. Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade.
- In the comment section under the playthrough of this map on decino's YouTube channel, skillsaw shared the following information about this level:
"I love this map! The gameplay utilizes long sight lines, narrow walkways/damage floors, and oppressive monster placements in ways most of the other maps don't, which makes it really stand out in AA. The extra multiplayer placements seem to take it to the next level, haha.
- The circular "maze" area was inspired by crop circles
- I harbor suspicions that the name of the map is an anime reference"
Random little bits:
- The midi was called "The Last Dance" because it was the last midi stewboy wrote- The circular "maze" area was inspired by crop circles
- I harbor suspicions that the name of the map is an anime reference"
