MAP22: Carnage Heart is the twenty-second map of Piña Colada. It was designed by Muumi and uses the music track "Petrichor (Blood of the Stone)" by James Paddock (Jimmy), from Back to Saturn X.

Secrets[edit]
- Jump southwest from the starting point and head east to get a soul sphere. (sector 294)
- At the east side, get on a tiny ledge at the northwest end and jump east to a teleporter. Go past the teleporter to find energy cells and a plasma gun. (sector 369)
