MAP22: Demonic Island is the twenty-second map of NeoDoom. It was designed by Daniel Lemos, who also composed its untitled music track. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 2:30.

Secrets[edit]
- Open the red door and enter the room, then return to the previous hall to find a path south, leading outside. Head out and go to the west side of the building to find a star orb, boxes of bullets, and boxes of shotgun shells. (sector 70)
- Climb up two levels from ground floor, then take the path north. The rocket launcher you come to is the first secret. (sector 124)
- Keep going past Secret #2 and you will find bottles and a power charge. (sector 141)
- Climb up one level from ground floor, then take the path south. At the very end of the path is a computer area map. (sector 142)
- Climb up two levels from ground floor, then take the path south. At the very end of the path is a power charge. (sector 143)
