Secrets[edit]
- At the north end, run through the north hole and run all way through the cave with radiation to the west end. Open the door and enter to get painkillers, junk, armor scraps, first-aid kits, a purge stim, and a fuel canister. (sector 2338)
- In the east building between the bridges, open the east room and press the north switch, then head out and to the northeast room. Jump into the small alcove and use the switch there. Leave and head to the south room. Play and win the arcade machine and return to the east room. The safe will be open and you can collect the Godzilla collectable. (sector 2775)

Technical information[edit]
Inspiration and development[edit]
Outcast Site's layout and appearance was based loosely on the real world Savannah River Site reservation, in South Carolina, now decommissioned. Though there were no such facilities within that area in real life, it was decided to add the map to Afterglow's second hub as a more interesting location as well as a way to keep anti-radiation items (as well as the radiation mechanic in general) still relevant. One of the secrets in the map is a direct reference to the Wish Granter in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, and its sequels.
