MAP22: Path to the Forbidden Temple is the twenty-second map of Doomworld Maximum Project 2023. It was designed by dashlet and uses the MIDI rendition of "Silent Madness" from Castlevania 64 as its music track.

Secrets

1. Take the path west of the starting island, then go behind the structure and take the teleporter. Use the switch here, and the soul sphere on the island to the north will be accessible. (sector 434)
2. At the west side, go on to the altar in the middle and jump south to get boxes of rockets. (sector 898)
