MAP22: Poison Hell is the twenty-second map of Zodiac. It was designed by J.M. Aldunate (TOTH) and uses the music track "".

Secrets

1. To open the northeast building, shoot the left eye. You will find a super shotgun, boxes of shotgun shells, boxes of rockets, and either a megaarmor or a green armor depending on your skill level. (sector 26)
2. Look south while in Secret #1 and shoot the red wall in the distance to open a soul sphere in the southwest corner of the room. (sector 16)
