MAP22: Spawned Fear is the twenty-second map of Doom 64 for Doom II. It was designed by Pedro VC and Brett Harrell (Mechadon), and uses the music track " ".

Secrets[edit]
- In the central hall, use the wall with brown vines to find health bonuses and a soul sphere. (sector 105)
- Head down the steps north of the starting room and open two doors. Use the wall with two faces to lower bookshelves in this room and the room before it, containing a box of rockets and two medikits. (sector 120)
- See Secret #2. (sector 125)
- In the maze area behind the blue door, go to the northeast wall and lower it, then go up the steps to get a megaarmor. (sector 262)
- In the hall leading to the red key, press on the gargoyle face on the right side to get a plasma gun. (sector 89)
- In the mountain area at the southeast end, get to the northeast side, and a bit south of a medikit, use the rock wall to the east to find energy cells and a megasphere. (sector 195)
- Approach the exit door and you will hear something open. Quickly head back to the central hall and through the open doors to the west to the BFG9000 before it closes. (sector 27)
