MAP22: The Blood Domain is the twenty-second map of Baculus. It was designed by Glen Christie (Crunchynut44) and uses the music track "Bystreet" by Akse and James Paddock (Jimmy), originally from the Revolution! MIDI Pack.

Secrets[edit]
- Head west from the starting point and drop down at the northwest end to pick up a green armor. (sector 182)
- Approaching the switch that lowers the blue key reveals monster closets to the north and south. Enter the south closet, then go through the middle wall at the west side to discover a hidden passage leading to a BFG9000. (sector 196)
