MAP22: The triumphant return is the twenty-second map of Sepia. It was designed by Petyan and uses the MIDI rendition of "The Arena" from Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow (sequenced by Jorge D. Fuentes) as its music track.

- In the southwest room, head to the northwest window and shoot the button on the other side. Head north to get a berserk pack. (sector 415)
- At the northwest end, get the backpack behind all the energy cell packs. (sector 1000)
