MAP22: Valley Fever is the twenty-second map of Not Even Remotely Fair. It was designed by GamingGargoyle and uses the music track "Do It For The Vine" by Korp. The par time is 4:00.

- Head up the steps to the fire portal, then head east to where a pickaxe is and lower a wall to enter a teleporter which leads to a chainsaw. (sector 165)
- In the east valley, go to the south end and climb the southwest blue rock. Jump southwest to get an energy cell pack, a box of shotgun shells, and a medikit. (sector 1408)
