MAP23: Emerging Threat is the twenty-third map of Doomworld Maximum Project 2022. It was designed by Dylan Gill (TheV1perK1ller) and uses the music track "So Strange" by John Weekley (PRIMEVAL) and James Paddock (Jimmy), from DOOM 2 - Flashback to Hell.

Secrets[edit]

  1. At the start, find a small green button to the east and press it. This opens the starting door which has a blur artifact. (sector 143)
  2. Flip the switch in the room with the computers, then backtrack to the previous room which has compartments on the left and right. Enter the left compartment and open the south wall to pick up a berserk pack. (sector 197)
  3. In the room with the computers, use the computer which has the dead marine in front of it, then return to the yellow key room. Head southwest into the courtyard with the chaingun and get it. You can get a computer area map and armor bonuses to the south as well. (sector 119)
