MAP23: Paralyzing Odds is the twenty-third map of MAYhem 2022. It was designed by Bdubzzz and uses the music track "Dragon's Revenge" by Knightrider of Doom.

Secrets[edit]
- Open the south door in the hub, then go to the southwest crate at the crates. Enter the vent and get the BFG9000, releasing two arch-viles. You need to arch-vile jump to get the megasphere on the long crate to the north. (sector 35)
- Take the lift north of the hub. Head east, open the door, and flip the switch at the end. Head back and open the door near the lift. Head northwest to get an energy cell pack. (sector 543)
- After raising the bridges in the northern water area, go on the left bridge and straferun northwest to the open compartment. Go to the northwest wall and lower it for a megasphere. (sector 578)
