MAP23: River Styx is the tenth map of Hellfire. It was designed by Shadowman and uses the music track "Donna to the Rescue" by Robert Prince.

Secrets[edit]
- After getting the yellow key, return to the cave with the teleporter leading to it and go northeast to get a berserk pack and rockets. (sector 101)
- Open the yellow door at the west side. In the next room, open the southeast wall to get a computer area map. (sector 106)
- In the maze at the east end, head south and into the southeast corner to find a backpack through the wall. (sector 142)
- Pick up the red key in the east maze, then head out and east, then at the easternmost part of the north area, head south. Go through a wall at the south end to find an energy cell and a switch. (sector 148)
- In the maze at the east end, make your way to the southwesternmost corner and go through the wall at the west side to get a green armor. (sector 152)
- In the maze at the east end, head south until the second lift down. Take it and head west, hugging the north wall until you get a backpack. (sector 257)
- After getting the blue key, return to the hub, open the yellow door on the left, then open the red door and head south. You will find an energy cell and a lift leading up to more energy cells and a megasphere. (sector 210)
- In the lava cave at the north end, enter the central rock and open the east wall to get a medikit and a teleporter back. (sector 246)
