MAP23: The Dark Holes of the Mind is the twenty-second map of Cabro's Legacy. It was designed by Aluqah and uses the music track "Demons on the Prey" by Robert Prince, from Doom.

Secrets[edit]
- Inside the north cave, on the east ledge, head slightly south from the health bonuses and lower the west wall to get a stimpack. (sector 241)
- In the cave leading to the lava at the south end, find a beige rock at the west side of the thin path and lower it. Take the lift up to get armor bonuses. (sector 386)
