- After clearing the starting structure, approach the red door, but instead of entering it, head left and go behind the building to find a cube with a switch. Press it to briefly lower a pillar with a megasphere behind the cube. (thing 323)
- Go past the pillar from secret #1 and turn the corner to find an energy cell pack and three rockets. (sector 722)
- After going through the red door and defeating the ambush on the cross-shaped bridge, head either straight or left and enter the large building in the east. Keep following the right wall, and when you come to a dead end with a shotgunner, press the wall behind him marked with a puddle of blood to reveal two medikits, a box of bullets, and two boxes of rockets. (sector 484)
- At the back of the building, one of the demonic faces overlooking the outdoor area has glowing eyes. Press it to lower the supercharge behind it. (thing 66)
- After leaving the building and going down the stairs, turn right and go through the arch, then turn left and go up the stairs. Here you will find a megaarmor and a small platform that will briefly lower once you start going up the stairs. If you go up the stairs fast enough, you will be able to pass through and drop down into the rocky landscape. Here you will find three health bonuses, two energy cells, a medikit, and a BFG9000. - After going through the yellow bars on the cross-shaped bridge, turn right and you will see a shootable switch through the window. Shoot it to open a door to the left of the bars up ahead. Inside are three boxes of rockets, two medikits, and an energy cell pack. (sector 688)
