MAP24: Sub-Laboratory is the twenty-fourth map of STRAIN. It was designed by Anthony Czerwonka (Adelusion) and uses the music track "TechnoDOOM" by Mark Klem.

- In the blue key room, when the vents all lower, go into the southwest vent to find a soul sphere. (sector 146)
- Same as with secret #1, but this time go into the southeast vent to find a battery. (sector 147)
