MAP24: Tower of Suffering is the twenty-fourth map of NeoDoom. It was designed by Daniel Lemos and uses the music track "". The par time defined in MAPINFO is 2:30.

Secrets[edit]
- Drop off south of where the machine gun is to get a portable radiation suit. (sector 198)
- Head to the easternmost end of the lava to find a rocket launcher and boxes of rockets. (sector 199)
- In the tower, open the blue bars and take the lift up, but while it is rising, hug the northwest wall to find a passage with boxes of rockets, a titanium armor, and a fly spawner recipient. (sector 45)
- In the southeast cave, head to the northeast side to find an immortality chalice. (sector 168)
- Get the red crux, then head to the southwest side of the southeast cave to find a nailgun, some nails, a star orb, and boxes of rockets. (sector 164)
